This module adds a Send Email submit action to Sitecore 9 Forms, with customizable and fully configurable email message.

It uses Sitecore's default Mail Settings for SMTP configuration, or you can configure your custom SMTP inside the action, using a syntax similar to the one used in Web Forms for Marketers (WFFM)

When adding a new Send Email submit action to your form, you will be presented with the "Map form fields to email message" window. The "From" and "To" fields are required, all other fields are optional.

For the "From" field, enter ONE valid email address (or form field token).
For the "To" (also applicable to "CC" and "BCC") field, you can enter more than one email address separated with commas (or more than one token, also separated by commas).
For the "Subject" field you can enter any text, and also use tokens if necessary.
For the "Message" field, you can enter any text and tokens. Use HTML tags if you desire, but make sure to select the "Message Body is HTML" checkbox.

Use the "Custom SMTP" field if you want to use a specific SMTP server to send the email message. If you leave it blank, it will try using Sitecore's default Mail Settings, or if no Mail Settings are configured, it will try using the settings in Web.config mailSettings. The "Custom SMTP" field uses a syntax similar to the one used for SMTP configuration in Web Forms for Marketers (WFFM). Valid tags are (case sensitive):<Host></Host>, <Port></Port>, <EnableSsl></EnableSsl>, <Login></Login>, <Password></Password>

If you scroll down, at the end you will see a listing of the valid tokens you can use in any field. Each token is the form's Field name (for each field, you set up this in the General tab under Details) between square brackets. For example, if a field is named "FirstName", the token will be [FirstName]

If you have any issues (e.g. email is not sent), please first check your Sitecore log. All errors are logged in the standard Sitecore log.
